What can you expect from your inspection with TITAN HOME INSPECTION?

In order to perform a thorough inspection, I will usually spend 3 to 4 hours at the site.  The client is welcome and encouraged to be present for the inspection.  If you are unable to be there for the entire inspection then I would recommend planning to be there either at the start of the inspection, or at the end.

The inspection process is comprised of the following areas:
  -Grounds and Appurtenances
  -Roofing and Guttering
  -Home Exterior
  -Garage/Carport
  -Electrical
  -Foundation, Basement or Crawlspace
  -Plumbing
  -Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC)
  -Attic
  -Interior
  -Kitchen and Appliances

Observations and defects/deficiencies will be documented and photographed during the inspection.  A comprehensive report will be sent to the client withing 24 hours of the inspection via email or fax.

3D Reporting Software is used for the reports. 3D is one of the premier software programs in the marketplace for home inspectors.

I encourage clients to ask questions during the inspection as well as after receiving the report.  I want the client to be as informed as possible as to the conditions of the property.
